Games specific forums... not all games but popular games. Acheivment help section, possibly a mw2 mod lobby forum,.... dont really like the cheating but will bring ALOT of people .. create a forum for people with j tags to advertise there lobby..Just some ideas

What would make you want to join an unofficial forum site for Xbox?
For me, it'd mostly be tournaments with prizes.
We could use that to grab attention, then, we could make people want to stay with features like flashchat.
It costs $5, but if you're serious about going somewhere with this site, I think you should consider it.

I'd much rather use flashchat rather than the IP chat we have now.
Also, advertise the site in your Xbox Live Status.
Maybe even start a thread for game recommendations.

I had a thread like that on another site, and the staff thought it was a good idea, but it kind of failed because people weren't contributing enough.
If we have a thread for that on this site and actually keep it alive, I'm sure it'll make people want to stay.
Just post mini reviews.
